Guide to NASCAR Diecast Values and Pricing
- I have a diecast car/collection, do you buy from private collectors?
No, we do not buy from private collectors. The reasons are as follows: We have agreements with our distributors not to purchase outside of them. We can not verify the condition of used items. In order for us to make a profit and offset the risk, we would have to offer substantially less than book value and most collectors don't go for this. You might try posting an ad on our diecast classified page. It's free and many users have good success with it.
- Do you accept money orders?
Yes, we do accept money orders. You can find out more details on our customer service page.
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes ,we do ship internationally, but payment must be made by money order. The reason is, because our credit card processor does not accept credit cards issued by international banks.
- Do you have a certain car in stock? If not can you order it?
Everything we have in stock is on the website. Our website is updated in near real time and we do not "hold" any cars offline. If you view the details of a specific car and the inventory level shows "LOW" that means we only have 1 or 2 of that car in stock and we will most likely sell out shortly.
Can you order it? Probably not. Diecast cars are produced in limited runs. Those runs are completely sold out before they are produced. If we sell out of a particular car, there is no way to go back months or years later and get more.
- When will you get a certain car in?
We don't know. The manfufacturer supplies release dates by month or quarter, and due to production changes these dates often slip. If you are looking for a specific car then keep checking our website. We immediatley post new cars as we get them in.
- Do you take preorders?
No, we do not take preorders.
